Returns

ADAPTAFY has a 30-day money back guarantee, which is valid for 30 days after the product is delivered. Return requests for orders older than 30 days will be reviewed at our sole discretion. Items are available for a one time full refund which is only valid once per household. Customers are only allowed two returns per calendar year.

To receive a refund you must return the product even if empty. If returning a bundle, returns will only be accepted if all items are returned and only one has been opened.

We do not provide paid return labels. Products must be returned at the customer's expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We can only refund the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days although it may take longer depending on your bank or credit card company. We do not accept exchanges. We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards, cashier's checks, or money orders. No exceptions will be made to prevent fraud.

Under no circumstances does any replacement or refund establish a concession by ADAPTAFY, LLC. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
