Shipping

ADAPTAFY is committed to getting your order shipped as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. If your order is placed during a US Public Holiday it will be processed the next business day.

We currently only ship to domestic locations within the United States.

Delivery

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, it is up to the carrier to decide what routes to take in order to deliver the shipment. Couriers cannot guarantee shipping times and estimated times of arrival (ETAs) provided at checkout should only be considered a guide. We are not responsible for packages once they have left our facility.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event the order is delayed, the destination address was incorrect, or if the order contained free shipping. If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to an invalid address provided at checkout, a refund will not be issued.

Once the item is delivered, liability for the item falls under the responsibility of the customer. Please consult with the specific carrier for their terms and conditions regarding delivery liability.
